Anne Mukai has worked at the Hawaiian Humane Society since May 2019. Anne runs the Hawaiian Humane Society's Education Department as Manager of Education Programs. Her job primarily focuses on doing presentations all around the island, educating different groups on various animal welfare topics in hopes to increase humane education for all. However, you'll also see Anne working with individuals and groups on projects to support animals, at events throughout the year with an educational booth, and hosting some fun educational events of her own such as youth summer camps, a Teens4Animals Council, and even a keiki reading event during the holidays.

Alexander Silvert is Retired Federal Public Defender in the State of Hawaii. He is the author of the “Mail Box Conspiracy”, and is writing another book.
He will discuss bribery law spanning from the Kaneshiro trial to current indictment in state court against Lt Governor Sylvia Luke et al, to understand the differences between federal and state law and why/how it came to be that the Attorney General is prosecuting this case, not the Feds. He will also discuss different aspects of the current state prosecution, including what happens next in the trial process and what can be expected.
