Will earned his BA in Communication Studies before pursuing a Master's in Theology, and he currently serves as a realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty.

Driven by a deep passion for connecting with and supporting others, Will lends his time to a variety of community organizations, including the Chamber of Commerce Hawai'i and their Young Professionals Program, the Japanese Junior and Chinese Chambers of Commerce, and the Child and Family Service Guild, among others across O'ahu.

In addition to his real estate career, Will also developed a professional interest in soft skills training and co-founded Manifest LLC, offering workshops and speaking engagements to individuals and groups seeking to enhance their interpersonal and leadership skills. In these workshops, he notes that one of the keys to success in any professional or social networking endeavor is presenting yourself in the best way possible to make connections.
