UPDATE !!!!Soooooo, we are changing much of this get-together 😄 The location for the Trolley tour had changed from the previous year, and gotten more expensive and more complicated, so at last night's meeting we discussed a little shift to the plan:
We will meet at the "Shaka Santa" in front of Honolulu Hale City Hall, at 6:00 pm ... from there, we will walk around the grounds - there's a new light tunnel this year that looks pretty cool in the daytime, so I'm sure its neat at night! We also will check out this year's Christmas Trees and Christmas Wreaths contest participants (on the inside areas).
After our eyes have gotten their fill, those hungry among us will meet at Nico's for a little dinner and chatting. They can't take reservations, but the night-manager told me that if I call ahead with a count, then they can try to prepare for us accordingly 🤩
For those that don't know, parking at the City Hall is free in the underground lot: Mauka to / north of King Street. The entrance is on Beretania (and remember that Beretania is one-way LOL !).
No pressure to RSVP because the Lights part is free, so you can just come if you can 🤗 ... then once we're there, we can call into Nico's for those who are interesting in doing that afterwards 🥳
Happy Holidays!! 🎄🌟🍾🥂 |

The tools will be provided and a hat and sunscreen and water is all that is needed. It is a relatively easy project and we wanted to start do develop good relations with the Interact Club and get to know the kids better by doing a joint project. Please sign up if you can make it.
