We will be serving and providing the meal and need your help by providing salad, fruit, drink mix, plates and forks to go with the pizza all ready arrange. We also need help severing the food. If you are unable to come but still want to help by supplying items listed above please let me know. Let's serve those that are in need at the Next Step Shelter on Friday, October 25th.

Join the Rotary Club of Hickam Pearl Harbor on Saturday, November 16th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m at Oeno Winemaking in Kailua. Named after the Greek wine goddess, Oeno (Eeh-No) Winemaking is Oahu'a only Winery. Using an Italian technique, Oeno wines are naturally produced with little to no sulfite preservatives and shorter aging. The result is an intensely fresh and vibrant wine that finishes clean and silky smooth. You will be offered a unique hands-on experience in creating a personalized bottle of world-class wine with friends, old and new. Chunder Drinking Water Project (GG1988399), Helping a Community Survive in Nepal

About Arjun: Dr. Arjun Aryal grew up in a remote village in Nepal as a goatherder. After his undergraduate degree in Nepal, Arjun continued his education at Cambridge University (United Kingdom) and then at Purdue University (Indiana, USA) for his graduate studies. He later received a PhD in Geophysics from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Currently, Arjun is a researcher at UH Manoa and an instructor of Geology at UH-Honolulu Community College. Arjun serves as the Faculty Advisor for the Rotaract Club of UH Manoa with RC Honolulu Sunset’s President, Dr. James Ham. Right after the devastating 2015 earthquake in Nepal, Arjun initiated a program to support earthquake-orphaned kids to continue their education, with over 100 earthquake-orphaned kids currently receiving help to continue their education. Arjun continues to be actively involved in several charities throughout Hawaii, including the Education International Foundation in Hawaii and serves on the planning committee for the 2020 Oahu RYLA Camp. Recently, Arjun has started a charity to promote sustainable environment and education. Arjun is currently a member the Rotary Club of Honolulu Sunset and serves on D5000’s International Service team. He is the international contact (host) for Global Grant 1988399, "Chunder Drinking Water Project" in Nepal. This project aims to develop a drinking water supply in a rural village in Nepal. Arjun’s talk will include the importance of Global Grant 1988399 and the survival of Nepal’s indigenous communities. |

All we need is YOU! We will also be distributing toiletry bags. If you would like to make a donation for the toiletry bags, please bring donations to R&M Reyes Enterprises in Halawa during regular business hours (Monday through Friday from 8am-4pm) or let any HPH member know. This meeting may be relocated to a virtual meeting. More information to follow. (3/16/2020) Join us at our meeting on Thursday, April 16th at the Pearl City IHOP (98-1254 Kaahumanu St. Pearl City, HI 96782). Our meeting starts at 6:00 pm with fellowship beginning at 5:45pm. We try to have our meetings finish promptly at 7pm so that we can have additional fellowship afterwards. Slava Slavik is a web designer, graphic designer and commercial photographer at his sole-member LLC 11 Clicks. He provides online marketing and creative services to local business and organizations in Hawaii. Slava was born in former Czechoslovakia, where he graduated with honors from Military Technical University, major in computer science and laser technology, and served one year in the Czech Army as a technician of an automated radar system. The fall of communism in the Eastern Block in early nineties opened vast business opportunities. In 1993, Slava ended his military career and cofounded a software company ZONER Inc. where he became Marketing Director and CEO. In 2004, he moved to the United States, Atlanta, GA, where he continued working as a local representative for ZONER, Inc. and also established his own photography studio Slava Slavik Photography. Since December 2015, Slava lives in Honolulu, HI, where he builds his online marketing and design agency 11 Clicks, LLC. In February 2016, Slava was introduced to Toastmasters and became a member of Waikiki Toastmasters club where now serves as Vice-president of Education and webmaster. Slava has also built the website of Hawaii’s District 49 Toastmasters and serves as Division A Director overseeing 16 clubs on Oahu and Maui. Join the meeting through Zoom.
